Absolutely! Both the Container Home and Focus pod are well insulated to ensure your comfort 

As long as it falls within local building codes and zoning requirements they can go anywhere! 

We have found the following states to be more friendly with the concept then others: CA, FL, CO, TX, OR, WA, AZ, NC, NY, UT, GA, ID, KS, ME, MA, MI, MN, NE, NV, NH, NM, PA, SC, SD, TN, VT 

Please do not rely on this list alone before purchasing

Each HOA has their own regulations. Please refer to your specific restrictive covenants. There you should be able to find a list of limitations you must follow

Absolutely! Each unit has a factory installed air conditioning unit 

The structures are affixed to four concrete  foundation pillars 

Container Homes take 45 days

Focus Pods take 21 days

Container homes should be properly maintained from the elements like any traditional home. 

Ploptown aligns closely with the modular build, as our structures are manufactured off site then plopped into place and affixed to a permanent foundation. Tiny homes offer a more nomadic lifestyle with wheels and a chassis
